D.LGS 231/2001

LTV gives consultancy and legal assistance to every legal institution that needs to realise or enforce the organizational model required by D.Lgs. 231/2001, necessary to allow institutions and individuals in top management positions to avoid financial penalties for the commission of crimes.

 

In our long experience, also as members of O.d.V. we noticed that the realisation and the enforcement of this model is not only necessary but also useful because it allows the institution to have a clear representation of his structural asset, allowing them to take action if necessary to rationalise or correct its procedures.
