TAX LITIGATION

Tax litigation is a primary activity in our Studio, but for the client it may represent a significant burden. Therefore, our priority is to try to prevent and avoid the establishment of a trial before the various tax courts, providing due assistance to the taxpayer during tax inspections by tax authorities or by Guardia di Finanza, and also during the pre-litigation phase using appropriate instruments such as ruling, self-defence and proposal.
